Disc is generally in nice shape, with just a few light hairlines preventing a higher grading. Labels are clean with just a few light spindle marks on side 2. Sleeve is still in open shrinkwrap, which has two price stickers attached, and which has naturally shrunk slightly over the years, causing some mild creasing. Sleeve is also slightly grubby, and has some mild (barely noticeable) water damage at the bottom.
