Australian singer songwriter Courtney Barnett has returned with her 3rd solo album, set to drop November 12th. What can we expect from the laid back gal, but more unique rambling lyrics, deadpan style and beautiful musicianship. This album is a witness to her revelation of happiness, possibly stemming from her breakup, but also resonates a new sense of creativity and innovation. Her work always stays within its boundaries of lackadaisical whim but those boundaries are wide and expansive. It’s exciting to see where this record might take her and judging from the single, we can see excellence on the horizon again.
